Hi! I’m Julie – I am a Registered Dietitian with my Masters in nutrition.  I found my way into nutrition after I spent the early part of my career working in the culinary field- essentially I’m a lover of all things food! I specialize in working with patients with eating disorders and disordered eating, and love working with folks along their perinatal journey. My philosophy as a dietitian is focused on an anti-diet, body neutrality approach, that not only helps my patients create a resilient relationship with food, but also with themselves. My ultimate goal as a provider is to create a space for our work that is safe, affirming and grounded in trust. When I’m not seeing clients, you can find me out at my favorite restaurants, enjoying live music or playing around in my own kitchen!
